About This Product
■Complete single drop control is achieved by volumetric measurement using a tube, and precise quantitative discharge is possible from one location to several dozen locations at the same time.
・Special volumetric measurement is performed using the tube, allowing highly accurate fixed-quantity dispensing that is not affected by the viscosity of the liquid.
・Discharge amount is 0.1μR (0.0001cc) to 920μR (0.92cc) per time, and can be discharged from 1 to 6 locations simultaneously in a 1.2 to 2 second cycle.
-Measuring and piping tubes can be selected according to the properties of the liquid used, so it can be used as a dispenser for controlling any liquid.
- It has a unique negative pressure mechanism, and after dispensing a fixed amount, it absorbs the liquid at the outlet and stops, so the liquid drains easily and does not solidify at the outlet.
・For work that requires replacing the liquid during work, or cleaning or sterilizing after work, it is easy to operate and allows you to check the cleaning status.
・No pressurized tank or pressurized air is required, providing excellent performance especially when dispensing small amounts of low viscosity liquid.
