About This Product
■Ideal for applying instant adhesives and anaerobic adhesives
・Equipped with a high-precision digital timer (0.01 to 99.99 seconds) for outstanding dispensing accuracy.
・The vacuum interval mechanism allows for an interval time between instantaneous vacuum and to prevent the discharged liquid from being sucked in again.
- Equipped with a vacuum mechanism, which prevents hardening of the material at the tip of the tube after dispensing, as well as sagging and leaking.
・Rotor rotation speed can be freely set from 0 to 100 RPM.
- Maintenance is easy because the discharged liquid does not touch anything other than the inner wall of the tube.
- Equipped with a discharge completion signal, making it ideal for integration into automated equipment.
・Discharge amount 0.0001c.c./shot possible.
Tubing dispenser TOM.200 is a tube-type dispenser that uses a unique rotor mechanism and vacuum mechanism to prevent material from curing or dripping after dispensing, and is especially suitable for anaerobic adhesives such as cyano-based instant adhesives.Teflon tubes and Since it can be used with either a silicone tube or a silicone tube, it can be used for dispensing or supplying a fixed amount of any liquid.Power supply is AC100 to 240V (can be used overseas)
