About This Product

This device is an automatic appearance inspection machine that inspects products supplied by parts feeders for chips, scratches, foreign objects, burrs, etc. Image processing is used to inspect the entire 360-degree surface of the product, including the top, back, and sides. Everything from supplying products to the inspection department, image inspection, and sorting between non-defective and defective products is done automatically.

■Features

Conventional inspection machines used six cameras for full 360-degree inspection, but by using a prism, we were able to reduce the number of cameras used without compromising inspection accuracy. Based on the inspection results, we will separate the products into good and defective products and store them in boxes.
