About This Product

RoboFlex-II is an autohandler with a Eureka DDR3/DDR4 tester attached to the back that automatically inserts, tests, extracts, transports, and stacks memory modules into sockets, realizing automation of DIMM/SODIMM tests. Equipped with a scratch-free beltless carrier system that reduces damage to memory modules, and output stacking is possible. The pusher system that inserts memory modules into the tester's socket acts as a mechanical hand that horizontally inserts one module from the stack of modules into the tester's socket. After testing, pull the module out of the socket and place it on the soft landing platform. The soft landing platform then lowers to the base level and a beltless carrier system transports the modules to the right section of the handler, which feeds the modules into the stacker system. Through this series of automatic transfer processes, RoboFlex-II realizes automated DIMM/SODIMM testing without damaging DRAM chips or module boards. This new handling system has been well received by many OEM module manufacturers due to its ease of use and high reliability. The RoboFlex-II autohandler features a universal input tray that fits a variety of standard DIMMs/SODIMMs without adjustment, an innovative double-stroke singulator for jam-free operation, and a high-throughput design that It is possible to test up to 8,000 DIMMs/SODIMMs in a day. RoboFlex-Mini, which does not have output stacking function, is also available.
