About This Product

This spray device has been specially developed to lubricate sheet metal surfaces or TOX®-tools immediately before the joining process to reduce press forces and stripper forces. Several valves can be connected to a pressurized central reservoir to distribute the spray medium to the nozzles. Spray heads for various applications are available. Application flexibility is achieved through the modular design of the TOX®-spray equipment. The system can be easily expanded as the requirements of complex equipment change. The permissible spray media (maximum viscosity 22mm2/sec) for a specific application will be listed in the TOX®-Test Report.
