About This Product

The process monitoring CEP 400T is the ideal instrument for monitoring TOX®-junctions. The CEP 400T is a quality control system that monitors and records all quality data related to the TOX®-joining process. The load sensor measures the pressing force during the joining process, and the position sensor measures the stroke amount of the cylinder to manage the quality control dimension "Control X". When "Control If the measured load value is within the preset load range, the TOX®-joint is judged to be OK. Bonding parameters and tool life are also monitored and if the bottom "X" dimension matches the test report, shear and peel strength are guaranteed.

Clinch monitor with touch panel. Available in 1, 2, 4, 8, or 12 channel versions to monitor multiple processes simultaneously.
