About This Product

Applications such as clamping, crimping, holding, positioning, shearing, cutting, stamping, engraving, bending, folding, welding, etc. that require linear loads with high precision repeatability and minimal tolerances. TOX®-PowerCurve is also ideal when it is difficult to reach the cross section.

■TOX®-Power Curve provides solutions to the following challenges

・Nearly linear output in the power stroke range due to unique curve shape ・Nearly linear output torque at a specific operating angle ・High-speed feed stroke ・Smooth power stroke switching ・High pressurizing force at low air pressure ・Low air consumption ・High cycle rate ・Compact structure ・Supports high lateral loads ・Touring adjustment function in left and right axis directions TOX®-PowerCurve consists of a base unit, jaws, tools and accessories. These components form a unit. Jaws, tools and accessories are matched to your specific requirements.

■TOX®-Power Curve KKG 90

KKG 90 outputs 60kN with a 100mm gap and 8mm tool opening. At the stroke end, it outputs a maximum of 90kN over a stroke distance of 3.5mm.
