About This Product

ZHD is a power bypass with hydraulic end position cushion on the return stroke. Provides optimal cushioning of the working piston at the end of the return stroke. This feature is especially useful in applications with heavy tool weight and high cycle speeds. In the event of a control error or in special applications, the acceleration of the working piston after punching the material can create negative pressure in the high-pressure oil chamber of the TOX®-Powerpackage, which can lead to malfunctions. It is also possible to use a bypass system to achieve a long power stroke.
