About This Product

The air-hydraulic TOX®-Power Package version of the robot gun features a proven power bypass function and a bottom dead center damper. Due to their high precision and adjustable flange mounting, these pneumatic/hydraulic drives eliminate the need for guides and carriages required for tooling. These drives are ideal for TOX®-clinching processes and punching. Of course, other applications are also possible. The robot press drive can be operated in any position.

■TOX®-Hydraulic cylinder type RZHL

Ideal if you need a lightweight handgun or want to operate multiple hydraulic cylinders with one pressure intensifier. Power stroke is possible.

■Version RZHL

Hydraulic cylinder RZH has two basic versions. The type of pressure medium used for the return stroke determines the type of cylinder. Hydraulic cylinder type RZHL can be combined with TOX®-pressure booster X-ES.

■Various series

・Version 00: Adjust the total stroke according to the last 10mm stroke. ・Version 30: Adjust the total stroke to match the last 50mm stroke. ・Version 200: Total stroke 50mm without stroke adjustment.
