About This Product
The air-hydraulic TOX®-Power Package version of the robot gun features a proven power bypass function and a bottom dead center damper. Due to their high precision and adjustable flange mounting, these pneumatic/hydraulic drives eliminate the need for guides and carriages required for tooling.
These drives are ideal for TOX®-clinching processes and punching. Of course, other applications are also possible. The robot press drive can be operated in any position.
■TOX®-Power package type RZS
This press cylinder is ideal when you want to eliminate the tool guide carriage.
■Slim and excellent cost performance
・Adjustment of the total stroke in RZS, for example, control dimension X during clinching, is possible with TOX®-tools using precision shim plates. RZS cannot be adjusted directly. If this function is required, we recommend type RZK or RZH, which allows total stroke adjustment.
- Bottom dead center can be monitored by dimension X using a sensor attached to the end flange of the RZK.
・Pneumatic spring, power path ZLB, hydraulic return stroke damper ZHD, and bottom dead center stopper with damper are available.
・Dimension X switch can be installed on the actuating piston. A bottom dead center monitoring ZHU or an external linear position sensor ZHW can be installed.
- Valve block ZVX including feed stroke support and throttle "Z". Only two pneumatic connections are required for the feed and return strokes.
・6 bar design.
