About This Product

The air-hydraulic TOX®-Power Package version of the robot gun features a proven power bypass function and a bottom dead center damper. Due to their high precision and adjustable flange mounting, these pneumatic/hydraulic drives eliminate the need for guides and carriages required for tooling. These drives are ideal for TOX®-clinching processes and punching. Of course, other applications are also possible. The robot press drive can be operated in any position.

■TOX®-Power package type RZK

Compact design optimized for robot guns and portable handguns.

■Various series

・Version 44: Adjust the total stroke to match the last 10mm stroke. ・Version 45: Adjust the total stroke to match the last 50mm stroke (some models have a total stroke of 200mm).

■Used in hundreds of applications around the world

-Adjusting the total stroke with RZK, for example, the control dimension X during clinching, can be done by adjusting the total stroke. - Bottom dead center can be monitored by dimension X using a sensor attached to the end flange of the RZK. Includes pneumatic spring, power bypass ZLB, hydraulic return stroke damper ZHD, and manually switchable power stroke valve for setting and maintenance. - Valve block ZVX including feed stroke support and throttle "Z". Only two pneumatic connections are required for the feed and return strokes. ・6 bar design.
