About This Product
The TOX®-Power Package X-KT-system is used when space considerations require a small working cylinder. The system consists of a pneumatic hydraulic pressure intensifier X-ES and a separate working cylinder. Up to 6 working cylinders can be connected to one pressure intensifier.
The combination you choose depends on the required pressure, cycle time, and space. If high cylinder forces on the feed and pull sides and high feed speeds are required, choose the combination of X-AT and X-ES. If the cylinder is short and you need good cost performance, please choose the combination of HZL and ES.
The TOX®-X-KT system is delivered pre-lubricated. Components are shipped separately and are ready for quick and easy installation. The hydraulic cylinders are therefore fitted with hydraulic hoses and TOX®-Hydrosplit couplings.
■TOX®-Power Package System X-KT with X-AT operating cylinder
This X-KT system consists of a pressure intensifier X-ES and up to 6 pneumatically/hydraulically actuated cylinders X-AT. The system has higher forces on the feed and pull sides, resulting in faster cycle times. Power stroke is possible.
■Characteristics of the X-KT system with HZL
・Stroke monitoring compatible with design sizes up to 030
- External linear position sensor compatible with design sizes up to 030.
Fixed stop with elastomer damping on forward stroke
- Patented hydraulic bottom dead center damper for return stroke and patented power bypass for oil system protection.
・Equipped with control throttle X.
Optional control units such as a power stroke line pressure regulator, external power stroke switch-on, and external power stroke release are also available.
