About This Product
Line-X drives offer all the benefits of the TOX®-power package. Its high quality and reputation have been proven in applications around the world. In addition, they offer outstanding configurability, improved sealing, and a wide range of product variations. Especially suitable for punching applications.
Line-X water/hydraulic cylinders are available in two designs. The straight type X-S and the compact type X-K. Guaranteed up to 10 million strokes over 12 months.
■Characteristics that only Line-X has
- Stroke monitoring compatible with design sizes up to 030.
- External linear position sensor compatible with design sizes up to 030.
・Fixed position stop by elastomer damping during forward stroke.
- Patented water/hydraulic bottom dead center damper for return stroke and patented power bypass for oil system protection.
・Equipped with control throttle X.
Optional control units such as a power stroke line pressure regulator, external power stroke switch-on, and external power stroke release are also available.

The drive version .3030 has a pneumatic spring and power stroke valve for high stroke frequencies.
