TOX® PRESSOTECHNIK's electromechanical drive systems are particularly distinguished by their factory-optimized applications. For example, servo drive controls are programmed specifically for the high loads of mechanical presses. As a result, a standard resolver becomes the perfect aid for control.
Furthermore, many years of experience as a machine and press manufacturer is reflected in the application with regard to target movement to defined forces and positions. Here, a repeatability of 10 m has been achieved.
System bends can be compensated within the system (the press is independent of bends).
