About This Product

■FeaturesPrimary filtration, finishing filtration, precision finishing filtration of alcoholic beverages such as sake, mirin, soy sauce, fruit juice, etc. Depending on the filter paper, it can be used for primary, finishing, and precision finishing.

■OverviewThe RM type micron filter is a vertical type paper filter, and there are RM-I and RM-II types depending on the thickness of the paper used. The RM-I type has a paper thickness range of 0.7mm to 2mm, and the RM-II type has a paper thickness range of 2mm to 4.5mm. The paper size for both RM-I and RM-II types is φ352mm. The number of stages ranges from 3 to 20 stages, and it is a T-shaped bifurcated valve with a pressure gauge and ball valve at the inlet and a circulation valve at the outlet. The stand has movable wheels.

The required number of stages is determined by considering the amount of slag and carbon contained in the volume to be filtered at one time, the amount of Celite to be used, etc., since the volume that can fit in one frame (one stage) is approximately 600g. Please calculate and decide.

The RM-I type can be used as a single sheet of thin 0.7mm paper or as a stack of two sheets. It is also a type that can be used in combination with thin paper, flat paper, etc., and membrane film, glass fiber, etc., so it can also be used by sandwiching a membrane film or glass fiber between two sheets of thin paper.

The RM-II type can be used with a single sheet of 3mm to 4mm thick paper such as thick paper, NA board, passable board, Z-P board, etc. It can also be used in combination with membrane film, glass fiber, thin paper, flat cloth, etc. You can also use membrane films or glass fibers sandwiched between two thin sheets of paper with a thickness of about 2 mm.

In particular, the RM-II type is most suitable for filtering small quantities of raw sake, ginjo sake, junmai sake, honjozo sake, and first grade sake, which are often divided into small quantities.
