About This Product

■FeaturesPrimary filtration of sake, wine, mirin, soy sauce, fruit juice, etc. The liquid flows in and out from the bottom, making it easy to remove residual liquid.
・This is a filter paper filtration machine that uses φ494mm thin filter paper.
・The liquid flows in and out from the bottom and comes out from the bottom, making it easy to remove residual liquid.
・This eliminates the unevenness of the layers that tends to occur with models that use filter paper upright.
- The number of filtration stages can be changed according to the filtration amount by moving the push frame partition plate.
- Since the filter paper holder is sandwiched between metal parts instead of rubber packing, there is no filtration leakage due to packing vibration even when pressure is applied.
-The filter frame is made of aluminum-magnesium alloy, making it lightweight and easy to work with. Also, since it is coated with hard alumite, it has excellent corrosion resistance.
- The filter frame can be easily and securely held down with the electric hydraulic cylinder/pump.

■Entrance/exit・Uses sanitary pipe. Clamp bands are used for each connection, making them extremely hygienic as they can be easily removed and cleaned.
・The pressure gauge uses a completely sealed diaphragm pressure gauge made of SUS316, which protects the indicator from sludge, etc., and has excellent corrosion resistance.
