About This Product

Bottling, filtration, and general transportation. Since empty pressing is possible, it is also ideal for emptying plate heaters, etc. in bottling lines.

■Dry pump information

Dry pumps are structurally modified rotary pumps. Its special feature is that it has very strong suction power and can be pressed dry. (It will not cause seizure even if it runs idly.) In the case of a Hugal (spiral) pump, once the transport fluid runs out, it will no longer work. However, dry pumps work differently from then on. The liquid inside the pipe is pumped out by air. This pump is very convenient depending on how you use it. There are a wide variety of models, including 4 models. S-60, S-90, S-200, S-300. It is very useful for general transportation, filtration, and bottling lines. Especially when used on a bottling line, the inside of the plate heater and pipes will be almost completely empty. (However, there is some backtracking due to rising, etc.) If it is in a nearly horizontal state, it will easily push more than 100 meters. Special care has been taken to prevent burning even when pressed dry. For example, the metal that holds the shaft (impeller) is made of a special fluororesin, and the part that rubs against the oil seal (part of the shaft) is ceramic-treated. By adopting this method, the friction resistance between the oil seal and the oil seal is greatly reduced, and the life of the oil seal and shaft is greatly extended. All dry pump models use stainless steel SCS14 (SUS316). Please select the model that suits your purpose.
