■Summary

Various methods have been used to lubricate machine gears, cams, and chains depending on the situation, such as the drip method, bath oil method, and mist lubrication method, but each method has its advantages and disadvantages. In particular, the mist lubrication method has unstable performance and has the disadvantage of contaminating the working environment if the mist is not collected properly. Daikin's "Spoil" spray particles are large, so they do not contaminate the surrounding area, and they have high injection pressure and a constant supply amount, making them an ideal system. Features

■Accurate timing spray

The time from when the spray signal is output until the start of spraying is 0.03 seconds, and the spray time is short and stable at 0.02 seconds per mouth, allowing for accurate spraying that matches the timing of the moving object.

■Powerful spray that penetrates deep inside

Since the injection pressure is strong at 5MPa, the lubricating oil penetrates into the inside of the bearing.

■Spray in all directions

You can spray in all directions, not just horizontally.

■Minor amount spray

The amount of spray per shot is as small as 0.07cm.

■Spray that does not pollute the atmosphere

The spray particles are about 500μ (approximately 100 times the size of mist), so they do not pollute the surrounding atmosphere.
