About This Product

■Features

-Uses a geared motor to simplify the mechanism. (The motor uses outdoor specifications (IP54 equivalent)) - By simplifying the mechanism, the weight of the pump body alone has been reduced to approximately 65 kg. - Drum cans can be easily replaced by using a lifter (optional). Note: Although it is basically compatible with the H400 type electric pump, which is a conventional product, please contact us regarding replacement. ・Since this is a drum-mounted oil supply pump, a replenishment pump is not required. -Equipped with a follower plate, which reduces the amount of remaining grease and allows for more effective use of grease. - We have models available for single-line and dual-line systems, so it is compatible with both systems. ・The suction port uses a piston valve system to improve shutoff performance, which improves suction performance for high-viscosity grease.

■Applications

It is used for equipment that requires greasing at many points, such as steel manufacturing/rolling machinery, material handling and transportation machinery, paper manufacturing machinery, mining machinery, and cement industry machinery.
