Various methods such as grease lubrication, oil lubrication, forced lubrication, and micro-mist systems have been put into practical use as central lubrication systems in steel factories. Efforts to minimize the impact on the environment are becoming necessary. Among these, oil-air lubrication, which allows a small amount of lubricating oil to be supplied directly to the bearing, is being adopted.
■Characteristics of oil air
・A small amount of lubricating oil is supplied to the bearing.
・Since the bearing part is always filled with air, it is possible to prevent foreign objects and cooling water from entering the bearing.
- Drained oil is collected in the drain oil receiver, so it is possible to maintain a clean condition without damaging the environment inside the factory.
- Processing is easier because no grease or lubricating oil gets mixed into the cooling water.

- Accurate amount of oil can be reliably supplied.
・The amount of air required to transport oil is small.
・Highly reliable as a lubricating device due to the advancement method.
