About This Product

Dust Checker 1000 is a lens foreign object inspection machine for fisheye lenses with a focal length of around 1mm. It is difficult to detect foreign matter stuck inside the lens or dust mixed in during assembly by visual inspection. Image sensors for self-driving car cameras that require safety and high-resolution 360° surveillance cameras are now compatible with 12-bit output, and the impact of dust and foreign objects inside the lens on images will definitely increase in the future. It is useful for quality control as it allows you to discover dust and foreign objects with simple operation and also save them as evidence.
