About This Product
In recent years, autocollimators have been developed along with CD pickups. Many of them have shifted from their original purpose of visual inspection to measurement purposes. However, many of them have unit designs that are far from the original collimator, and most of them ignore the aberrations of the collimator lens alone. We have developed an optical system that is close to the theoretical value in order to sufficiently correct the aberrations of the collimator lens system. Most of the units are semi-customized or customized to meet the user's specifications. The unit introduced here is the base unit. Therefore, we are confident that we can respond to a wide range of specifications that better fit the customer's specifications.

Precautions when using an autocollimator
■Classification by lighting method
・A bright field reflection image appears as a black line in a bright field of view. When using a plane mirror with good reflectivity for the object, images with high contrast can be obtained.
・Darkfield reflection images appear as shining lines in a dark backlight. It is effective when using a flat mirror with low reflectance as the object or when the area of the reflective surface is small.
