Most of the UWC series developed as wide conversion lenses for digital cameras were fisheye lenses. Among the same series, which continues to pursue linearity close to the theoretical value, in order to establish the fisheye culture, we had to refrain from releasing this lens for five years (developed in 1997, announced in 2003)
This is a Non-Distortion Conversion Lens that perfectly corrects distortion while ensuring a wide-angle magnification of 0.45x. Although the lens data of the master lens is unknown, this lens minimizes the distortion of the conversion lens alone without destroying the distortion of the master lens, and does not use any aspherical surfaces.
