About This Product

Preheating the ladle is a traditional practice that mostly involves the use of a torch burner, which results in large heat loss and high temperatures in the working environment, or the installation of a burner and unit, which results in the use of large, high-cost products. These include dissatisfaction with an unsatisfactory work environment or over-investment. The concept of ladle preheating burners has been completely changed by adopting the Liero fully automatic package burner. The burner has a lightweight integrated body + blower + piping unit. Since it is based on a standard burner, it achieves significant cost reductions. In addition, safety is ensured through easy operation with a switch, fully automatic ignition operation, and interlock mechanism. The heat addition system, which is sealed and attached to the hot water inlet, eliminates heat loss to the atmosphere, greatly improves the working environment, increases heating efficiency with high-temperature flames, and shortens heating time with high-speed thermal jets, resulting in a significant increase in heating efficiency, resulting in lower unit consumption. It is now possible to simultaneously reduce the amount of fuel and shorten operating time.

■Improvement points

・Fully automatic operation is possible by operating a switch. ・The burner can be used safely with automatic ignition and a safety device. ・Heating can be done without rotating the ladle 90° by mounting it on the top. -Using a package burner minimizes installation space. ・Achieves high-temperature flames due to the forced ventilation method using an air blower. ・High speed and long flame significantly improve heating time and significantly reduce fuel costs. ・Since it is a sealed installation type, there is no burnout of the hot water intake and no maintenance costs. - Sealed installation eliminates heat loss to the surrounding area, resulting in a significant reduction in fuel consumption. - There is no rise in ambient temperature due to heat loss, greatly improving the environment for workers.
