About This Product

■Features

・Biofuel consists of organic substances and is used in various fields as a carbon-neutral fuel and as an alternative to fossil fuels. -Biofuels include biogas (dung gas, wood gas, etc.), bio-oil (biodiesel, vegetable oil, ethanol), and solid fuels (wood, chips, pellets). ・Liero burner supports a wide range of combustion amounts for biogas, biodiesel oil, and vegetable oil.

■Biogas

- Mainly obtained by fermenting vegetables, sludge, etc. ・Usually contains CH4 (50-70%), CO2 (30-35%), and other elements such as H2S, NH3, H2, CO, and HC. The Liero burner can burn without using anything other than biomass gas (commercial gas such as city gas or LPG).

■Biodiesel oil

-Vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, etc.) that have been chemically treated (improved with ethyl alcohol) generally have an amber color. These are used as biofuels. ・The clay value is generally close to that of commercially available diesel fuel. - The ratio of biofuel added to regular diesel fuel varies depending on regional regulations. ・This ratio is a key factor for combustion in the burner, so please be sure to consult with us before use.

■Vegetable oil

-Vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil) are extracted by pressing plant seeds. ・While the clay of regular diesel oil is 2 to 8 m㎡/s at 20℃, it is considerably higher at 60 to 75 m㎡/s.
