■Strengthening the casing
By adopting a newly designed strong body, much more stable hardness measurement is now possible. We have a maximum sample stroke of 255mm and a long type of 400mm. (Distance from the top of the flat anvil. The maximum stroke for X3 and X3L is reduced by 34mm each.)
■Stable load axis
A high-sensitivity load axis is used to achieve stable hardness measurement while suppressing lateral displacement using a dedicated vertical pole guide. It is effective for measuring cylindrical and spherical surfaces.
■Reference correction function
Equipped with multi-point correction function for low, medium and high according to each standard. It is now possible to obtain measurement results that meet Tatsumi's standards in all hardness areas.
■Shape correction function
By inputting the diameter of a spherical or cylindrical sample, it is now possible to obtain measurement results that meet the standards. (Correction outside the standard range is not possible)
■Indenter maximum penetration depth display
The maximum penetration depth of the indenter into the sample is displayed simultaneously with the hardness test results. It is now possible to evaluate the hardness and elasticity of different samples.
■Stealth type 2-tier information panel
Displays multiple information such as pass/fail judgment and conversion at the same time as measurement results. In addition, the illumination navigation has greatly improved the operability of the Jinjun Loading Set. (Test overload, removal, and hardness display are automatic after setting the standard load)
■Data judgment function
The pass/fail judgment (Hl, OK, LO display) of the measurement data by setting the upper and lower limit values and the average value by setting the measurement points are displayed on the sub-information panel.
■LED lighting
It has excellent visibility even in the dark or in obvious places, and is effective for finely positioning samples.
■USB data output
Compatible with RS-232C+USB conversion adapter.
