■Loading method using load cell instead of conventional weight method

Multi-stage load switching is possible by adopting a load cell loading method. Load switching work has evolved from the traditional dial operation to smooth touch panel operation. You can select the load as you like when ordering. (within the minimum to maximum load range) Equipped with hardness conversion function. When measuring HV, the converted value to any scale can be displayed on the front panel at the same time.

■Uses a built-in camera mechanism

・Indentations are automatically measured using proprietary high-performance dedicated software and PC. ・Removal of the measurement microscope gives it a cleaner appearance. (R specification with automatic indentation reading function)

■Adopts a loading method using reliable load cells

In addition to the conventional weight method, the lineup includes models that use a load cell-based loading method, allowing multi-stage load switching. Achieves high load accuracy using a control method that utilizes the latest technology. Multi-load type 50gf to 10kgf Wide load range suitable for various tests. (FM-LX series)

■Slanted turret

Adopting a tilted turret reduces the risk of contact between the sample and the indenter/objective lens when the turret rotates.

■Uses an infinity lens

In addition to the standard two (10x and 50x), up to 5 can be installed at the same time. (Optional) Enables a wider range of measurements and observations from low to high magnification.

■Different indenters can be installed at the same time

・Standard 1 piece: Vickers (HV) ・1 option: Vickers (HV) / Knoop (HK) / Brinell (HB) ・A total of 2 pieces can be installed.

■Capacitive touch panel

・The main display screen can be switched by swiping. - Capacitive touch panel allows light touch operation. ・Measurement data can be directly transferred by connecting the output port of the main unit to a PC. - Eliminates recording errors made by operators.

■Test load

・A type: 8 load levels: 10/25/50/100/200/300/500/1,000gf ・B type: 9 load levels: 50/100/200/300/500/1,000/2,000/5,000/10,000gf *Can be set arbitrarily within the minimum to maximum load range only at the time of factory shipment. Minimum setting load: 1gf for both types, can be set in up to 20 steps.
