About This Product

■SummaryThis is a radiation-type gamma ray level meter (level switch) that measures the level of liquids and powders without contact. Ideal for high temperature, high pressure tanks and level control of powder and flakes. It can be easily installed in existing tanks. Although it uses a weak radiation source, it has been certified by the design certification system established in 2005, making it Japan's first gamma ray level meter to be certified with a display.

Therefore, there is no need to set up a management area or appoint a supervisor. In addition, it is a light and compact product that has completely changed the image of conventional gamma ray application measuring instruments.

■Features- Since it is a certified device with a display, there is no need to appoint a supervisor or set a management area (there are restrictions on tank size).
- Completely non-contact measurement allows installation in tanks of any pressure and temperature, virtually requiring no maintenance.
・Measurement is possible even in the form of powder or flakes.
・Actual liquid level can be measured even in foaming state.
・Since the radiation source is relatively lightweight (30kg), heavy machinery such as a crane is not required for installation.
