A tube separator with high volume processing capacity. Effective for pulp lines, waste paper processing lines, and in front of machines. The opening and closing mechanism of the inlet orifice makes it easy to create the optimal differential pressure, resulting in less pressure loss and energy savings. (Over 25% energy saving compared to general cleaners)
Since it has a mechanism to separate foreign substances, it is possible to remove air, soft substances, sand, etc. from the paper stock solution. The appropriate tail ratio can be easily obtained by combining the primary cleaner and secondary cleaner. The automatic ejection mechanism eliminates the need for manpower to remove foreign objects.
