Beatfiner is a single conical refiner. Extra-long edge length blades and high speed rotor rotation allow for low-intensity refining without excessive fiber damage. This enables viscous beating, which is difficult to achieve with disc refiners. In addition, the conical structure eliminates mispassing of raw materials due to centrifugal force, resulting in uniform refining. By adjusting the clearance, it can also handle refining of long fibers, synthetic fibers, etc. that are difficult to process. Furthermore, there is very little metal touch, low noise, and the blade has a long life. Conical cutters can be easily replaced by simply removing a few bolts from the wide-opening front door, making them easy to maintain.
