■SummaryThermal imaging system is a system that can monitor the inside of the furnace (inside the boiler) in real time and measure temperature with high accuracy. Equipped with a high-precision spectral filter to narrow down the wavelength to the appropriate wavelength for thermal images, it is possible to obtain clear thermal images. Temperature measurement is possible at every pixel of the thermal image, making it easy to identify hot/cold areas in the furnace.

Since it is possible to visually check scale and clinker that accumulates inside the furnace and take appropriate measures, it is possible to maintain the environment inside the furnace and prevent troubles without reducing thermal efficiency as much as possible. By optimizing the temperature and environment inside the furnace, you can save energy, increase efficiency, and reduce emissions such as carbon dioxide.
