■SummaryThe QS Fiber Screen is a low concentration screening device designed to mechanically separate fibers from foreign materials such as stickies, dirt, shive, vascular elements, plastics, and hot melts. Foreign matter is automatically deposited on filter paper for confirmation and analysis.

・Choose from two standard screen plates (0.004 inch / 100 μm, 0.006 inch / 150 μm)
・Collection unit (RCU) for rapid deposition of foreign objects
・Using QualScan Imager software, foreign object data (type of foreign object, average length, average width, total number, etc.) can be analyzed and data displayed (*separate PC required)
・Using QualScan Viewer (optional), you can view previous foreign material data (*separate PC required)
