About This Product
It is used in a wide range of industries, including bakeries. This belt is made of high-tensile steel and has both edges bent and connected, and has a simple shape with a large opening and excellent sanitary properties. Our products have a wide variety of specifications, and you can choose the wire diameter and pitch to suit your purpose.
Conventionally, this belt was manufactured using a press method using extremely hard wire material. In order to suppress metal fatigue that occurs during the pressing process, we have developed a new automatic machine that uses the curling method. It is now possible to manufacture high-precision belts that are more durable and have better flexibility. Depending on the application, a stopper bar or U-bar can be installed.
