WERKLICHT Pro is a dynamic 3D laser projector for high precision work in prototyping, assembly and quality assurance. By displaying the positions of studs, brackets, etc., CAD model outlines, or welding spots directly on the workpiece in 3D, it supports tedious manual tasks such as assembly, making it easier for complex drawings, highly skilled workers, This eliminates the need for inflexible coordinate measuring machines. Simplify your work and speed up the entire process by preventing errors before they occur. WERKLICHT Pro is suitable for custom manufacturing, variant production and integrated production in industries such as automotive, aerospace, transport, marine, mechanical engineering or special vehicle production.
■Assembly work/assembly
WERKLICHT Pro supports workers with direct projection technology throughout the assembly and production process. WERKLICHT projects adhesive seams, bolt positions and weld points to ensure accurate execution and repeatability. Additionally, WERKLICHT allows you to easily overlay CAD/DMU data onto your workpiece, thereby visualizing the context.
■In-process inspection
Component data projection reduces rework and waste by avoiding errors before they occur. It also simplifies your work and speeds up the entire process.
■Quality control
WERKLICHT projects adhesive seams, bolt positions and welds. This eliminates the need for complex 3D coordinate measuring machines.
■Scanning
Simple local scanning can be performed. Scan data and CAD data can be compared in shape on the software, and deviations can be displayed on a color map (color projection is not possible).
