About This Product
■What is Eureka Machine Simulation?
NC simulation "Eureka" is software that uses virtual machines to simulate the NC operations of 5-axis processing machines, compound lathes, and robots to check the material cutting status of workpieces, jigs, and operational interference between machine parts. While simulating motion interference on a PC, refer to the characteristics of the cutting tool and workpiece, predict the cutting force and tool load, and adjust the feed rate (F value) to achieve the ideal tool load and chip thickness. This improves data quality and provides safe machine operation.
■EUREKA 3AXIS 3-axis machine/lathe
This is a 3-axis basic software that can detect program errors and perform machining verification. Supports simulation of 2-axis to 3-axis lathe machining.
■EUREKA 5AXIS/MILL-TURN 5-axis machine/complex lathe
Compatible with processing machines, controllers, and custom macros from all manufacturers, it reproduces the same movements as actual machine tools, such as tool changes, pallet changes, and complex avoidance movements.
■Cutting conditions Cutting condition prediction/feed rate optimization
Based on tool information, workpiece material information, and processing machine characteristic information, it is possible to predict removal ratio, chip thickness, required power (power), and machine torque. Optimize the feed rate (F value) to achieve the ideal tool load, improving machining quality, stable cutting, preventing chatter, reducing machining time, and reducing tool costs.
■Predicting cutting conditions
Predicts cutting conditions and displays graphs in real time as simulation results.
■Optimization of feed speed
Optimizes the feed rate within the specified range based on the predicted cutting conditions.
■EUREKA ADDITIVE hybrid machine
We support support for DED (LED) type hybrid machine tools equipped with additive functions. It automatically generates additive trajectories from STL data and is equipped with a data output function that matches the machine using the NC post function.
