■3-axis machining tool path
It intelligently automatically recognizes all shapes and generates highly accurate toolpaths for complex three-dimensional shapes with simple operations. Highly efficient rough machining, medium rough machining that recognizes the stock model, and high-quality finishing machining that automatically extracts not only slopes/gentle surfaces but also flat surfaces, vertical surfaces, and corner areas can be performed with a single button.
■Global roughing/re-roughing
Dynamic stock function automatically detects remaining machining. Features a smooth pick suitable for high-speed machining.
■Spiral core rough machining
Each Z level is machined with a single tool path without any pick motion, resulting in extremely smooth movement. Toolpath suitable for core shape.
■Trochoid rough machining
A tool path featuring trochoidal motion suitable for machining difficult-to-cut materials. The machining method supports down cutting to reduce tool wear.
■Global finishing processing
A toolpath suitable for machining all or part of a shape. Compatible with 3D spiral link option for minimal retraction.
■Contour line + optimization processing
A toolpath suitable for machining the entire shape. Compatible with 3D spiral link option for minimal retraction.
■Scanning line finishing processing
A tool path that processes the shape to be machined in a specified direction. Compatible with a wide range of general finishing machining tool paths.
■Contour line finishing processing
Contour line processing that processes standing walls that are automatically recognized by specifying the angle. Supports settings for machining edges with flat surfaces, spiral machining, etc.
■Contour line optimization processing
Processing that automatically recognizes a gentle slope by specifying the angle. You can select the movement from unidirectional, reciprocating, or spiral.
■HVR thrust rough processing
Roughing pass with reference to stock model. In addition to automatic path calculation, round trip and unidirectional functions have been added, making movement control more versatile.
■3D compound curved surface processing
This tool path is characterized by its ability to process at pitch along the surface. Applicable to all shapes as a finishing process to make the cut surface uniform.
■ISO/3D finishing processing
A toolpath suitable for machining part of a selected shape. Ideal for processing designed surfaces that achieve the movement of UV processing systems.
■Flat finishing processing
Plane machining path that automatically recognizes planes within a shape and creates a path. Supports differential diameter correction and radius correction.
■Z level corner processing
Automatically recognizes areas that cannot be machined with the previous tool and processes only those areas. A wide variety of uncut settings are available.
