■High precision NC processing
"ExMile EXM-5S" is a 5-axis dental milling machine that has a space-saving design that can be installed in a laboratory and stability that allows metal processing. High-speed and smooth simultaneous 5-axis NC control technology achieves high surface accuracy. Also, since the power supply is AC100V, there is no need to connect a separate power line.
■Supports titanium and cobalt chrome processing
Equipped as standard with a high-speed spindle with a maximum rotation speed of 50,000 RPM and a cutting water supply device, it can handle a variety of dental cutting materials, including non-metallic materials such as zirconia, PMMA, and wax, as well as metallic materials such as titanium and cobalt chromium. It is possible to process discs, blocks) with high precision.
■Compatible with hybrid resin and glass ceramic processing
We also support processing of materials with pins such as hybrid resin. Up to 12 blocks can be attached. *An optional workpiece holding jig is required separately.
■5-axis simultaneous control
In addition to the X, Y, and Z axes, 5 axes including the rotational axes A-axis (±999 degrees) and B-axis (+30 degrees, -90 degrees) are controlled simultaneously. It enables the processing of complex prostheses, such as approaches from multiple directions with one chuck, vertical approaches to slopes by angle indexing, and processing of undercuts.
■Uses precision ball screw and linear guide
It uses an AC servo motor, precision ball screw, linear guide, and harmonic drive, making it possible to perform high-speed, high-precision cutting despite its small size.
■Improved mechanical rigidity
By increasing the rigidity of the machine body and the bar chuck, it is possible to process metals such as titanium and cobalt chrome.
■Equipped with 7 ATCs
Equipped as standard with an auto tool changer that can automatically change up to 7 bars, it is possible to operate continuously for long periods of time, such as complex machining using multiple types of tools and multi-piece machining. By adopting a pull stud type ATC with a special tool holder, the rigidity of the tool chuck is increased and stable machining is achieved.
■Space-saving design
The controller is built into the main body. It also has casters, so it can be easily moved on a flat surface.
