About This Product

The ultimate eco-servo system is the Servida hybrid motor driver. This hybrid motor/driver servida manufactured by Animatics in the United States not only combines an S servo motor and a driver as an optimal module, but also has a built-in PLC function and I/O input/output function. It has the functions of 3 virtues and 4 virtues, allowing the construction of a servo system. For multi-axis control, a multi-axis network can be constructed using RS232C/485, EtherNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, and Canbus. By adopting this hybrid motor/driver Servida, costs can be reduced by 30% to a maximum of 50% compared to electrical systems built using conventional servo motors and drivers. (Note: Calculated using our actual system) First, the servo amplifier is cleared from the control panel. Furthermore, it eliminates the need for power supplies and rectifiers as peripheral equipment for the servo amplifier, as well as heat exhaust equipment such as chillers used to counter heat generated by the servo amplifier. Wiring and terminal blocks that connect individual devices are also no longer required. If the system is simple, a control panel itself may not be necessary. Servida hybrid motor surprisingly does not generate heat. δT during normal no-load operation is 10℃ or less. This temperature characteristic can be expected to have an innovative effect in any application that dislikes heat generation. Furthermore, since it does not generate heat, its energy characteristics of low power loss have the potential to dramatically increase the durability of various applications powered by storage batteries.
