■Make your walls beautiful and strongAlthough tiled exterior walls have a great design, if they come off, it can lead to a major accident. Cemedine's adhesive technology provides durability that can withstand earthquake shaking.

In order to enhance the beauty and durability of condominiums and single-family homes, more and more tiles are being installed on the exterior walls of condominiums and detached houses. A common method for installing tiles is to use a mortar base as a pasting material, but without the skills of skilled craftsmen, the quality of construction tends to vary, and accidents involving tiles peeling off due to aging are common.

Therefore, we use Tile Ace Pro, an elastic adhesive for exterior wall tiles, to create a bond that won't peel off without the need for skilled techniques. It provides stable construction quality, making it possible to shorten the construction period and reduce costs for tiling work.

■How to use・Removal of adhesive: Open the end of the adhesive with a cutter or nippers, and squeeze out the required amount of adhesive by hand or using a trowel.
・Application of adhesive: Apply adhesive to the wall surface so that it blends well with the base.
・Comb sharpening: Use a comb trowel to sharpen the comb firmly. Consider the trowel to use, application method, etc. in advance depending on the type of finishing material, etc.
・Tile attachment: When attaching tiles, press them down. Approximate pot life is within 30 minutes after application at 35℃, and within 60 minutes at 23℃.
・Statting: Once the tile is pasted, use a tataki board to press the tataki, but then use a tool such as a vibrato to crimp it.
・Paper removal: Repair the joints within the pot life of the adhesive. After curing, remove the paper from the tiles and the tiles will be completed.
・Completion: If the adhesive adheres to the tile, after the adhesive has hardened, use a cutter to scrape it off until it becomes thin. Remove remaining adhesive with sand eraser etc.
