■Video microscope for near-infrared inspection with lighting and camera set
Infrared light is effective in detecting things that cannot be recognized with visible light. It is a safe light with almost no negative effects on the human body, and is used in fields such as non-destructive testing, quality control, and foreign object inspection. However, near-infrared light cannot be observed with the naked eye, so a special camera is required to visualize it.
This product consists of three parts: a near-infrared illuminator, a near-infrared camera, and a video microscope.
■Near-infrared LED spotlight
Near-infrared LED lighting with a peak wavelength of 945nm, ideal for product appearance inspections, etc. You can easily switch to visible LED illumination, allowing you to compare images under infrared and visible light.
■Near infrared camera
A USB digital camera equipped with a Sony sensor with high sensitivity in the near-infrared region. Get clear microscopic images with 4K resolution. High-performance software for Windows and software compatible with Mac are included as standard.
■Video microscope
A zoom video microscope with a zoom range of 0.7x to 5.6x (zoom ratio 8x). The standard specification includes a 1.0x objective lens. 0.5x, 0.75x, 1.5x, and 2.0x objective lenses are also available as options, allowing you to use the appropriate magnification and working distance depending on the object to be observed.
