About This Product

■Product overview

An inverted fluorescent microscope with an LED light source that is very easy to use. Equipped with a high-quality Chroma fluorescence filter. This is an inverted epi-fluorescence microscope with an LED light source. There are two models:

■Single channel model

Single channel models have one LED light source. There are 4 types with long-pass filters and 4 types with band-pass filters, for a total of 8 types.

■Multi-channel model

The multi-channel model is equipped with three types of LED light sources: UV, B, and G, and the light source can be changed using the switching lever. Up to two filter cubes can be installed in the standard specification, and up to three can be installed as an option. Multiple fluorescent staining specimens can be observed while switching between the LED light source and fluorescence filter. Fluorescence filters include 4 types of long-pass filters and 4 types of band-pass filters. Brightfield objective lenses (4X, 10X, 20X) and phase contrast objectives (4X, 10X, 20X) are included as standard. In addition to fluorescence observation, bright field observation and phase contrast observation are also possible, so the same area can be examined using different observation methods. An objective lens for fluorescence is also available as an option. The transmitted illumination used for bright field observation and phase contrast observation uses Kohler illumination, which is extremely rare in this class of microscope. Provides illumination light with even brightness to every corner of the field of vision. The light source is a high brightness white LED. The eyepiece has a wide field of view and a high eye point, allowing you to examine it even while wearing glasses. The eyepiece is at a height that makes it easy to examine the microscope, and the stage is low, making it easy to operate and allowing you to perform the examination in a comfortable posture. It has a photographic lens barrel, and a microscope camera can be attached to it. A removable mechanical stage and specimen holder are also available as options.
