About This Product

■Product overview

Achieves low damage processing of LT (Lithium Tantalate) wafers. LT wafers, which are brittle materials used as SAW filters, are prone to breakage due to processing damage, so there is a need to improve the surface roughness of the processed surfaces. "Nanomate Premium" has a high porosity abrasive layer with excellent long-lasting sharpness, and by adding a body shape with a function to efficiently supply the material to the grinding point, it achieves low-damage machining.
