Edge grinding wheels for PCD/PCBN tools are required to suppress clogging due to chips, have self-sharpening properties, and have wear resistance. To meet these demands, it uses a bond with excellent abrasive grain retention and a porous structure, achieving both sharpness and wear resistance, achieving high efficiency and high precision machining.
