About This Product

■Product overview

Ideal for thickening carbide/cermet indexable inserts. By using "BFX Bond", which contains a newly developed special metal filler, heat dissipation is significantly improved compared to conventional resin bond. It suppresses thermal deterioration of abrasive grains and bonding material due to processing heat, achieving good sharpness and long life. Three grades are available to accommodate various processing conditions and work materials. "BFX-L: Sharpness-oriented specification" "BFX-N: Standard specification" "BFX-P: Longevity-oriented specification"
