About This Product

■Product overview

Demonstrates high performance in heavy grinding. Polyimide resin is the highest heat-resistant resin used as functional materials for aerospace. REGISACE is a super heat-resistant resin bonded wheel that takes full advantage of the properties of polyimide resin, and exhibits extremely high performance in grinding processes where conventional resin bonds deteriorate due to heat.

■Features

- Extremely high heat resistance, so the bond will not deteriorate due to heat even under severe processing conditions ・Machining efficiency is improved and costs are reduced because good sharpness continues and the interval between shape corrections is extended.

■Applications
