Demonstrates its power in high-load machining using water-soluble grinding fluid. This is a resin bond wheel that combines good sharpness and long life by using super heat-resistant resin and special filler. Demonstrates good sharpness and shape retention in creep feed grinding of various tools such as groove grinding of end mills, drills, and reamers.

■Features

・Using a resin with high heat resistance properties reduces deterioration of bond physical properties at high temperatures. - Thanks to the effects of super heat-resistant resin and special filler, it has excellent sharpness and shape retention during high-load processing such as creep feed grinding. ・Compared to general resin bond wheels, it is possible to increase the feed speed and lengthen the dressing interval, improving processing efficiency and reducing costs.
