■Product overview

MT bond wheel in pursuit of the ideal super abrasive wheel. This is a new metal bond wheel that pursues the ultimate sharpness by combining the goodness of resin bond with metal bond as a base. It combines the excellent abrasive retention and thermal conductivity of metal bond with the sharpness comparable to resin bond.Diamond-MT bond wheels can be used with ceramics, carbide, cermet, quartz, etc., and CBN-MT bond wheels can be used with various types of hardening. Achieves high efficiency machining of difficult-to-cut materials such as steel. Ideal for processing where sharpness is a problem, such as surface processing using cup wheels and creep feed grinding.
