About This Product

■Product overview

A processing system that realizes next-generation double-sided grinding that overturns conventional wisdom. As automobiles and home appliances become more energy efficient, lighter, and smaller, there is an increasing demand for improved surface quality for the mechanical parts used. Conventionally, resin bond wheels are often used for double-sided grinding of these mechanical parts, but we have developed MB Spark as a wheel that can further improve machined surface quality. When combined with electric discharge truing, MB Spark significantly improves the truing interval compared to resin bond wheels, changing the world of double-disc surface grinding.

■Features

・High accuracy, high efficiency, and long life can be achieved by double-sided grinding. ・Since a general grindstone is not used for truing, sludge is reduced and waste is reduced. ・Compared to resin bond wheels, there is less wear and the flatness of the abrasive layer is maintained better. ・Highly rigid special metal bond improves abrasive grain retention ・Excellent sharpness is maintained due to good abrasive surface maintenance through electric discharge truing.
