About This Product
It oscillates at a powerful 40kHz, which is used for degreasing and rough cleaning, and at 100kHz, which is used for rinsing and removing particles, and can handle various types of dirt. This ultrasonic wave is ideal for workpieces that are damaged by 40kHz and cannot be cleaned with 100kHz alone.
■Main features
・High-speed switching between 40kHz and 100kHz, single frequency selection is possible.
・By using a newly developed high-speed modulation (High Rate Sweep), we have achieved higher sound pressure than our conventional products.
- Continuous sweep is used, and 6-step sweep width and 8-step sweep speed can be set. It is possible to select the optimal cleaning conditions according to the application.
・In order to stabilize the output, we have adopted a constant output circuit using our unique phase control.
・With the pulse oscillation function, strong cavitation is generated by intermittent irradiation of ultrasonic waves, and the synergistic effect with the rest period promotes the degassing of dissolved gases contained in the liquid. Higher cleaning effects can be achieved by promoting deaeration.
・The output status is displayed digitally.
- A structure that protects the electronic circuit inside the oscillator from dust and mist entering from the outside. This reduces the occurrence of failures caused by the external atmosphere.
- By placing the fan in front of the oscillator, it is easier to see clogging caused by dust around the fan, which causes the temperature inside the oscillator to rise, making it easier to understand when maintenance is required.
