About This Product
Generates strong vacuum bubbles from the long wavelength, which is a feature of low frequency, and removes stubborn oil stains and chips after machining. This ultrasonic oscillator is designed for customer ease of use, with automatic tracking and a constant output circuit to achieve stable output, as well as detailed sweep function settings and output status monitoring functions.
Features
■Automatic tracking function
Our unique automatic tracking circuit reduces the effects of liquid, liquid temperature, and liquid depth, and automatically responds to changes in the environment for optimal cleaning.
■Constant output circuit
A phase control/closed loop method is adopted to stabilize the output from load fluctuations due to changes in liquid temperature, liquid depth, and workpiece input.
■Continuous sweep function
In order to accommodate various cleaning conditions, a constant sweep is adopted, and 4 levels of sweep width and 3 levels of sweep speed can be selected.
■Pulse oscillation function
By performing intermittent irradiation, stagnant air bubbles are floated and removed by the horizontal vibration of ultrasonic waves, and the replacement of contaminated liquid with new liquid is promoted.
■Monitoring function
The digital display makes it easier to manage the ultrasonic oscillation status.
■Other options
Equipped with external oscillation on/off as standard, external output adjustment function, synchronous oscillation function, and RS-485 available as options.
